This is the Darkness Falls (2003) The Tooth Fairy Movie Maniacs Series 5 action figure created by McFarlane Toys in September 2002. The figure was released before the movie and features a monster deign which was scrapped from the finished product, making it an interesting collectors piece to add to your horror collection.
